Update on Driving Lessons

Following the government's announcement in Parliament, driving instructors are allowed to return to work as from 4th July.

I will commence lessons on Tuesday 7th July, but will be doing a phased return to work. I will message all my current pupils to book you into my diary.

Please be assured that I will follow a strict sanitising protocol between all lessons and I will be using PPE in the car. I would ask that each pupil brings their own face mask to the lesson and please ensure that you have washed your hands immediately prior to the lesson. Hand sanitiser will also be available. During the lesson windows will be open to ensure a good air flow.

Outside the car before your lesson starts I will ask questions regarding your current health and who you may have been in contact with. I reserve the right to cancel a lesson with you if I feel that you are displaying any symptoms for our mutual safety. Equally, if you are feeling unwell, or you have been in contact with anyone with COVID 19 symptoms prior to your lesson please message me to cancel. I will also check your temperature with a non contact thermometer.

Thank you for reading this and I look forward to seeing you all again. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any concerns or questions.

Best wishes,
Lucy
